Whisk together:
1 1/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 egg
1 ½ tsp of almond extract
Combine with:
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Whisk with:
1 cube melted butter
Bake at 350 degrees in a greased pan for 30-40 minutes
